I have been ailing. The headache component has eased, only to be replaced by a swollen eye the size of a golf ball and the texture of crepe paper.
Then the kids' school caught on fire.

Thanks, Sandy. Luckily the school caught on fire on Sunday night. (Luckily?) We were watching "Get Smart" when the jubilant phone calls began.

So sorry you both were sick, Sarah and Sandy. It's going around here, too, and I am hoping it doesn't strike at my daughter's 16th birthday party, a joint affair with another sweet 16-er.
Likewise, there was a school fire here recently, confined to one classroom, but, alas, destroying a lifetime's accumulation of first-grade reading material. We helped out at Babbitt's with generous discounts and donations!
