just mad about saffron

there’s slow food.
there’s the slow cooker.
there’s slow motion.
the slow reader.
slow children at play.
there’s the slow lane.
there’s sloe gin.

I'm just mad about saffron, too. Plus, you have reminded me to go put some food in the slow cooker. This will involve turnips.

And I just handled a Leroux drink guide at the bookstore yesterday that clarifies that sloe gin is not a gin at all but truly a drink made from sloe berries.

yes, it's the berries that are slow/sloe. The gin is swift.

Slow dancing.
And I was always the slow poke.

Let's not forget Slow-Mo (the cleverest of the Stooges).

I haven't been by in quite a while. I heard a news article about "hint fiction." It featured a Hemingway 6 word story that I thought you'd like.

For Sale, Baby Shoes, Never Worn.

I also recently read something about "hint fiction." Sounds like what blurbists do.
