I sent Carlo out to the video store for It's a Wonderful Life,
and he came back with The Dark Knight.
This required some serious reorientation.
In any case, I was strangely delighted.

it was pretty good, huh? It's one of my daughter's favorite movies! I finally watched it with her and I liked it, too - even though it normally wouldn't be my thing.
